Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We aim to ship your product within one business day from the time we receive your order. We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

We also offer local pickup in Edinburgh.

When an order contains a pre-order or back-ordered items, we will wait until all items are available so that we can ship everything together.

 

UK

1st Class Signed For shipping starts from £2.49.

Free 2nd Class Signed For shipping on orders over £40.

You can upgrade to 1st class on your orders over £40, the price depends on the weight of your order, and price is calculated before check out.

Ireland

Orders under £50 are £6.50 via International Signed For, over £50 are £3 via International Signed For.

Europe

Orders up to 500g are £10, then £13 up to 1kg, and £15 up to 2kg via International Tracked & Signed.

Orders over £100 have free shipping.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during delivery. If you receive a parcel from Royal Mail that appears to have been damaged or tampered with, you should address the issue immediately. If your goods are damaged as a result of damage to the packaging, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to place a complaint. They offer compensation for such incidents. Ensure you keep the original packaging and goods to show them. Please also let us know this has occurred so we can assist you and ensure the matter is resolved and you are left happy and satisfied.

 

Should we change or alter our shipping options we will endeavour to let customers know in advance of the change.

 

Returns

For dispatched orders our return policy is 30 day, from the day you received your goods.

For our non dispatched orders please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you to amend or cancel your order. You will receive the refund, to your original payment card/method, along with a cancellation/modification email.

To be able to give you a full refund on your returned purchases, all items need to be in their original packaging, with tags on, in the same condition as you have received them. Unfortunately we can not accept return for worn, used items for hygiene reasons.  

Please be aware, we do not provide shipping label for you, the cost of returning your order to us can not be claimed, and it is your responsibility to send it via a trusted courier/post, we will issue refund for the original shipping cost to you if you had to purchase one for your order. If your parcel was lost on the way back to us, you will have to contact your courier/post operator to start a dispute in regards of your lost parcel.

Damages and issues

Please check your order once it arrives to you, and contact us immediately if any items in your order is damaged, or we made a mistake of sending you the wrong item, and we will do our best to correct the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@rainbowcloth.co.uk and upon acceptance of the exchange, please send your item to the address sent to you in the confirmation email.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds policy - KLARNA

Please be aware when a refund is issued and payment has been made by KLARNA we will only refund the amount less any fees incurred by us (the residual cost to us as their fees are non refundable). This will only however occur if the refund is not a result of being our fault.
