6 layers of super thirsty bamboo cotton (70% bamboo, 30% cotton) and lined with stay dry soft white microfleece. This insert is so versatile that it fits in nearly the entire range of Bells Bumz nappies in both Birth to potty and Junior size.

It is the perfect boost to babies who seem to fill their nappy quickly, and you would like to lengthen the time between two nappy changes.

Also great to use with Reusabelles AIO to make a light wetter night nappy, or a boost to your night nappy system.
