Rascels Price Promise

Part of our mission here at rascels is to make eco friendly products, cloth nappies and accessories accessible and affordable. 

To help us achieve this goal we have introduced our price promise on all of our new products across the store. 

We have already reduced lots of our items from cloth nappies to Lanka Kade toys but if you find the exact same new product cheaper within 7 days of receiving your item then we will refund the difference to you. 

All you need to do is drop us an email to hello@rascels.co.uk with the following information.

• Order Number
• Product in question
• Price you've seen the item
• Where you've seen the item
• A screenshot would also be extremely useful and helps us speed up your refund.

We will then get back to you within 48 hours, and send your refund via your original order payment method.
